The aluminum facade system is composed of four core layers: a base structure, an insulation layer, an aluminum panel, and a specialized fixing mechanism. At its foundation, a galvanized steel framework provides robust load-bearing performance, ensuring long-term stability. For thermal and fire insulation, the system incorporates high-density rock wool or polyurethane, offering a thermal conductivity as low as 0.03W/(m·K).
Alumidecs utilizes high-grade 3003 or 5005 aluminum alloy panels, with thickness ranging from 2 to 4 millimeters. These panels undergo precision cold-rolling to ensure exceptional flatness, with deviation controlled to within 0.5mm per meter.
Attention to detail is a defining feature of Alumidecs' system. The panels feature a concealed buckle joint design, with gap widths precisely maintained between 1 and 2 millimeters. This enhances waterproofing and prevents wind-driven rain infiltration. Corners are fabricated using a customized bending process with an arc radius of R3–R5mm, significantly boosting impact resistance.
To further enhance performance in harsh environments, all aluminum panels are treated with a fluorocarbon coating over 40μm thick. This provides outstanding weather resistance, capable of withstanding over two decades of exposure to high humidity, coastal conditions, and industrial corrosion.
The structural integrity of the system is reinforced by stainless-steel connectors, with anchoring intervals strictly maintained between 600 and 800 millimeters. This ensures stability even under high wind loads.
