Environmentally friendly production, creating green aluminum panels

Alumidecs factory, which has been deeply engaged in the manufacturing industry for many years, has always integrated environmental protection concepts into the production of aluminum panels. In response to the demand for "green materials" in exterior wall and interior decoration, it has built a full-process environmental protection system from the selection of raw materials to the upgrading of production processes. Its products not only meet domestic environmental protection standards for decoration, but also have passed the EU CE certification, adapting to the requirements of the high-end decoration market.

Green Raw Materials: Safe from the Source

In the raw material link, the factory insists on using 100% recyclable 6-series aluminum alloy base materials, and requires suppliers to provide environmental protection test reports to ensure that the base materials do not contain heavy metal impurities.
"Interior decoration materials directly affect living health, so we eliminate pollution risks from the source," said Chen Min, the person in charge of environmental protection at the factory.
All aluminum panel base materials have passed SGS testing, and their heavy metal content is far lower than the national standard limits, allowing property owners to use them with confidence.

VOC-Free Coating Technology: Healthier Living Spaces

The environmental protection upgrade of production processes is even more core. For the surface treatment of aluminum panels used in decoration, the factory has eliminated traditional solvent-based coatings and fully adopted powder spraying technology, reducing VOC emissions by more than 95%.
The coating does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene. In a local residential project, the owners chose Alumidecs' interior aluminum gusset plates for decoration. After decoration, the indoor formaldehyde concentration was tested to be only 0.02mg/m³, far lower than the national standard of 0.08mg/m³, which was well received by all owners.

Anti-Pollution Coating: Cleaner and Greener Exteriors

Aluminum panels used for exterior wall decoration are additionally upgraded with an anti-pollution and environmental protection coating. This coating is not only resistant to ultraviolet aging but also reduces dust adhesion and lowers the frequency of later cleaning—conforming to the green building concept.
Last year, an office building exterior wall project in Dongguan adopted aluminum panels with this coating. After a year of wind, sun, and rain, the exterior walls still maintained a clean appearance. The property management calculated that it can reduce exterior wall cleaning by 2 times a year, saving costs and reducing the environmental impact of cleaning operations.

Aluminum Waste Recycling: Closing the Sustainability Loop

The factory has also established an aluminum waste recycling system, which centrally recovers and melts the leftover materials and aluminum dross generated during production, and then processes them into aluminum ingots that meet the standards for re-investment in production, achieving a waste recycling rate of 92%.
"We can reduce the transportation of about 5 tons of aluminum waste every month, which is equivalent to reducing 12 tons of carbon emissions every year," Chen Min introduced.
The factory has won the local "Green Factory" title for three consecutive years, and its environmentally friendly aluminum panels have become the "green first choice" for high-end decoration projects.
